  • What to expect

    On board a custom made boat you will safely take part on one of those “bucket list” experiences, in a real flight for a “bird’s eye” view of Cozumel and its surroundings.

    Our experienced crew will pick you up at our very own private pier and after a short boat ride, get ready for a smooth take off from our on board platform.  Fly either by yourself or with your partner or significant one, on this once-in-lifetime experience before returning on board in a soft and comfortable landing.  Forget about the old times where people used to crawl or run from a beach to lift off and return.

    Afterwards, return to Tortugas Beach Club to enjoy an unlimited Beach Break while relaxing on beach lounge chairs, jumping on the funtastic water park, snorkeling from the shore or just enjoying of our menu of delicious Mexican food, fresh sea food and incredible cocktails (not included).

  • Important Notes
    • Minimum Age to Participate is 10 years old
    • Travelers under 18 years MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian
    • This tour does not allow Travelers with limited mobility and/or pregnant women
    • Tandem flight is available at the crew discretion for safety reasons
    • Minimum weight is 65 Lbs
    • Maximum weight limit is 280 Lbs single flight
    • Maximum weight limit is 400 Lbs tandem flight
    • Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join The Tour.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    • Our refund and cancellation policy work the following way:
    • If your cancellation get though 24hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable
    • When you cancel a week before your arrival your money will be 100% refundable
    • The water activities that get cancelled from the company “Tortugas beach club” (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) because of weather conditions such as:
      - Hurricane
      - Tropical storm
      - Closed Port
      - Natural disaster Will be 100% refundable.
    • If the day of the activity your Cruise, ferry or airplane is unable to come to the island, you’ll only get a 50% refund.
