  • How far away is Tortugas Beach Club from my cruise port / hotel / ferry terminal and how much the taxi service costs?
Cozumel has three cruise ship ports. Tortugas Beach Club is located 7-10 minutes away from the 2 main cruise ports in Cozumel, where Carnival Corporation (Puerta Maya) and Royal Caribbean (International SSA-Mexico) ships arrive most of the time. And 15 minutes away from the third cruise port (Punta Langosta) for NCL, MSC, Disney, TUI, etc.  From the ferry terminal we are located 15-20 minutes away depending on the traffic conditions. The approximate cost is $12.00 US up to 4 passengers each way. The distance and price from / to hotels depends on their location on the island.

  • Can I book and pay upon my arrival?
You may place any booking with Tortugas Cozumel by paying a 50% deposit to guarantee your spaces or you may pay in full at the time of placing the booking.  The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival or through a charge to your credit card before the tour departure (kindly ask for this service to receive the directions). U.S. Dollars and Mexican Pesos are widely accepted at Tortugas Cozumel and all over the island.

  • What happens if my cruise ship arrives late, changes her arrival date or misses the port?
We are closely monitoring the cruise ship arrivals in Cozumel and if by any reason a cruise ship arrives late or changes her run.  In that event, we'll adjust your tour starting time to the next time available and always looking after you being back on time.  If your cruise ship completely misses the port, or we are unable to reschedule you to the new time /date in port; you'll receive a full refund.

As mentioned before, we closely monitor each cruise ship arrival to Cozumel, in order to know if they arrive on time, change their run, etc; so we can adjust our operation if needed.  We kindly ask you to include the specific name of your cruise ship, as each cruise line owns several ships and very often there is more than one vessel of each cruise line in port.
