ATV Jungle Trails to Jade Cavern & Snorkel

• Travelers MUST wear closed toe shoes during the ATV Adventure.
• Minimum Age to drive is 16 years old presenting a valid Driver´s License.
• Travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or tutor.
• Minimum age to participate is 7 years old.
• Minimum age to participate on the Tequila Tastins is 18 years old.
• This tour is not available for people with limited mobility, back/neck problems, hearth/lungs problems, pregnant women, epilepsy and/or recent surgery (6 months).
• Travelers must take into consideration their fitness level to participate on the tour.
• Maximum weight limit for Single or Double ATV is 300 Lbs.
• No sunscreen allowed during the snorkel for reefs preservation. Please wear long sleeve clothing and hat
• Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join The Tour.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:

• If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.

• When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 90% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

• The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
  
  • Hurricane
  • Tropical storm
  • Closed Port
  • Natural disaster
