The experienced crew will gear you up and guide you in a two reefs underwater adventure to admire the majesty of the “inner space”. Every snorkel trip is different, so be ready to spot multicolor fishes, turtles, sea rays, dolphins and many more species.
Then is off to the breathtaking El Cielo. A natural bay of crystal clear waters, named after the sea stars you may find at the sandy bottom. You’ll be able to snorkel and also enjoy leisure time at one of its unparalleled sand banks just like a gigantic natural swimming pool. This spot is just perfect for kids and adults alike. At this spot enjoy refreshments, freshly made fish ceviche, seasonal fresh fruit and snacks.
On the way back to the starting point, we have a surprise for you, stopping at a secluded pristine white sand beach, your own piece of the Caribbean away from crowds.

- This tour is does not allow Travelers with limited mobility or suffering motion sickness and/or pregnant women.
- Travelers under age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 Years Old.
- Minimum age for snorkeling is 5 Years Old.
- Alcoholic beverages are served after the snorkeling portion.
- Snorkeling is not available for people with hearth/lung problems, asthma, epilepsy, recent surgery (6 months)
- No sunscreen allowed during the snorkel for reefs preservation. Please wear long sleeve clothing and hat
- Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join The Tour.
The captaincy informs us that, by Article 653 of the maritime law regulations and the fourteenth condition of nautical tourism, the following is stated:
- 1. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted on vessels dedicated to nautical tourism.
- 2.- Pregnant women are not permitted to board vessels designated for nautical tourism.
- 3.- People with limited mobility will be unable to board nautical tourism vessels.
Cancellation Policy
- Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:
- If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.
- When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 90% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
- Hurricane
- Tropical storm
- Closed Port
- Natural disaster
