Tortugas Beach Club is not your average beach club in Cozumel.
We are not the biggest, we do not have the sandiest beach and we do not serve fancy food or expensive cocktails. We are proud to offer what made Cozumel famous in addition to its majestic coral reefs...the very soul and essence of its warm and welcoming people!
This is a 100% family-friendly place, in which there is fun for everyone. Our facilities are neat, not pretentious or luxurious, but they are very Cool and ideal for relaxing.

Located in the privileged area of Chankanaab, Tortugas Beach Club kitchen specializes in serving delicious dishes with fresh local seafood, spectacular Fajitas and a bar with the most refreshing drinks and cocktails.
You will also find incredible activities for the whole family: snorkeling, a fun inflatable water park, kayaks, beach lounge chairs, additional massage services, dive shop, tequila tasting, pharmacy, parasailing and even sport fishing.

- Travelers under 18 years MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old
- This pacakge is available for Travelers with limited mobility, using a walker or wheelchair (not all the activities are accessible).
- Snorkeling is not available for people with hearth/lungs problems, epilepsy, recent surgery (6 months) and/or pregnant women
Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:

If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.

When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 90% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
- Hurricane
- Tropical storm
- Closed Port
- Natural disaster
