Basic Package

• Travelers under 18 years MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old
• This pacakge is available for Travelers with limited mobility, using a walker or wheelchair (not all the activities are accessible).
• Snorkeling is not available for people with hearth/lungs problems, epilepsy, recent surgery (6 months) and/or pregnant women      

Cancellation Policy

• Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:

• If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.

• When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 90% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

• The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
  
  • Hurricane
  • Tropical storm
  • Closed Port
  • Natural disaster
