Jet Ski Tour to a Secret Beach & Chula's Beach Club

• This tour is not suitable for Participants with limited mobility, back/neck problems, recent surgery (6 months), suffering of motion sickness and/or pregnant women
• Participants under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Minimum Age to participate is 8 years old
• Minimum age to drive a Jet Ski is 16 years old presenting a Valid Driver’s License with an Adult riding on the back seat
• Maximum Weight Limit is 275 Lbs Single Rider or 500 Lbs combined Double Rider
• Life Jacket use during the Jet Ski ride is mandatory
• This tour is conducted in caravan style, no passing, fishtailing or speeding is allowed
• No sunscreen allowed for reef preservation, please wear long sleeve clothing and hat/cap
• Participants can’t consume alcohol before the Jet Ski ride

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Full Refund at least 24 hours in advance of the start date/time of the experience.

In the event the experience is cancelled due bad weather conditions, the Customers will be offered an Alternative Date or a Full Refund.

For the participants traveling on board a cruise ship, if the cruise misses the port, their tickets will be cancelled and refunded in full.  If the cruise ship changes the arrival date, the tour will be re-scheduled for the new date.
