**Staying in Cozumel**
One Staff member of Tortugas Cozumel will greet you outside your hotel. We can't meet directly at your hotel lobby, kindly proceed to the main access by the road and look for a Jeep with the logo Tortugas Cozumel on the doors. Airbnb travelers, kindly provide the exact address at the time of your booking.
**Ferry Terminal from Playa del Carmen (Mainland)**
Kindly meet us at the exit of the ferry terminal by the swallows monument. Our Staff wearing Tortugas Cozumel shirts will be expecting you.
**Punta Langosta - Cruise Terminal**
Exit your Cruise Terminal and walk through the bridge to Punta Langosta Mall. Kindly proceed to the Starbucks right next to the lighthouse at the Mall. Our staff wearing Tortugas Cozumel shirts will meet you outside the convenience store.
**International Cruise Terminal - SSA Mexico**
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our Staff wearing Tortugas Cozumel shirts will meet you by The Hard Rock Cafe.
**Puerta Maya - Cruise Terminal **

- Participants must drive their own Jeep (The Tour Guide may go on board providing directions or driving another vehicle to be followed)
- Jeeps hold up to 5 passengers.
- Minimum age to drive a Jeep is 18 years old presenting a Valid Driver’s License.
- Minimum age to drive an ATV is 16 years old presenting a Valid Driver's License or Permit.
- Minimum age to participate is 7 years old.
- This tour is not suitable for Travelers with limited mobility, using a walker or on a wheelchair
- Travelers under age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- This tour is not available for people with limited mobility, back/neck problems, hearth/lungs problems, pregnant women, epilepsy and/or recent surgery (6 months).
- Travelers must take into consideration their fitness level to participate on the tour.
- Maximum Weight Limit for Single or Double ATV is 300 Lbs
- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
- The snorkel portion of this tour is not available for people with hearth/lungs problems, epilepsy and/or recent surgeries
- No sunscreen allowed during the snorkel for reefs preservation. Please wear long sleeve clothing and hat
- Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join the tour.
Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:

If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.

When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 90% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
- Hurricane
- Tropical storm
- Closed Port
- Natural disaster
