Extreme Snorkel and Tortugas Beach Club

• Minimum Age to Participate is 8 years old
• Maximum Age is 70 years old
• Knowing how to swim
• Travelers under 18 years MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• This tour is not suitable for Travelers with limited mobility, heart / lungs / blood pressure issues / pregnant women / insulin dependent / claustrophobic / epileptic / with a cold
• You must take into consideration your fitness level
• No one under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc. will be allowed to participate
• The tour is perfect for beginners to advanced participants
• No sunscreen allowed for reefs preservation. Please wear long sleeve clothing and hat
• Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join the tour.

Cancellation Policy

• Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:

• If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.

• When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 100% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

• The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
  
  • Hurricane
  • Tropical storm
  • Closed Port
  • Natural disaster 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Reservations booked with a discount will be not refunded.
