One Staff member of Tortugas Cozumel will greet you outside your hotel. We can't meet directly at your hotel lobby. Kindly proceed to the main access by the road and look for a Jeep with the logo Tortugas Cozumel. Airbnb travelers, kindly provide the exact address at the time of your booking.
**Ferry Terminal from Playa del Carmen (Mainland)**
Kindly meet us at the exit of the ferry terminal by The Monument to The Swallows. Our Staff wearing Tortugas Cozumel shirts will be expecting you.
**International Cruise Terminal - SSA Mexico**
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Mall. Our Staff wearing Tortugas Cozumel shirts will meet you by The Hard Rock Cafe.
**Puerta Maya - Cruise Terminal **
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Kindly walk 100 yards towards downtown. Across the street you will find a Pemex gas station and right next door a 7-Eleven. Our staff wearing Tortugas Cozumel shirts will meet you outside the convenience store.
**Punta Langosta - Cruise Terminal**

- Minimum age to drive is 18 years old presenting a Valid Driver’s License.
- This tour is suitable for Travelers with limited mobility (not all the portions are available), using a walker or collapsible wheelchair (1 per Jeep).
- Travelers under age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
- The minimum age for the snorkeling portion is 5 years old
- The snorkel portion of this tour is not available for people with hearth/lungs problems, epilepsy, recent surgeries (6 months) and/or pregnant women.
- The snorkeling portion of this tour is not private and you may share the boat with other participants
- Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join The Tour.
The captaincy informs us that, by Article 653 of the maritime law regulations and the fourteenth condition of nautical tourism, the following is stated:
- 1. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted on vessels dedicated to nautical tourism.
- 2.- Pregnant women are not permitted to board vessels designated for nautical tourism.
- 3.- People with limited mobility will be unable to board nautical tourism vessels.
Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy works as following way:

If your cancellation get though 48 hrs before the previos booked activity, 50% of the paid amount will be refundable.

When you cancel with more than 72 hours in advance, your money will be 90% refundable. To cancel, email us at bookings@tortugascozumel.com using the same email address you used to book. Your refund will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the reservation. Please be aware that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- The water activities (parasailing, private boats, Snuba, DSD, catamarán…) that get cancelled by the company “Tortugas beach club” Will be 100% refundable because of weather conditions such as:
- Hurricane
- Tropical storm
- Closed Port
- Natural disaster
